How Do We Use Information Collected From You?

This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions. 
• Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data or at any other time by sending us an email stating your request to legal@cocona.com.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Third Party Sites.  This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy of information collected by or other practices of any third parties, including without limitation any of our affiliates and any third party operating any site to which this Site contains a link. The inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply endorsement of the linked site by us or by our affiliates.  

Note Regarding the Use of the Site by Children. Links and Third Party Applications.  COCONA is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by COCONA of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk. For example, this Website may provide direct links to client websites or social networking services. You acknowledge that COCONA has no control over and is not responsible for the availability of any such third party applications, websites, content, or resources, which are made available by companies or persons other than COCONA. International Users.  This Website is controlled, operated, and administered by COCONA from its offices within the United States.
